Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) is crucial for managing projects, programs, and organizations. APWDO has experienced over time that organizations poorly understand M&E and inappropriately allocate resources to it resulting in disorientation in relation to attaining deliverables and their quality, budget, and schedule.
