We offer opportunities for both Afghan nationals and international experts to contribute meaningfully to our work. Whether you have experience in project management, communications, research, or community mobilization, your time is one of the most valuable gifts you can give.

Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking dedicated and proactive individuals who are aligned with our human rights-centered approach. We have opportunities for:

Local Volunteers (Afghanistan-based)

Individuals who can support our field offices with project implementation, community outreach, and event organization. A deep understanding of local contexts and languages is highly valued

International Volunteers (Remote/On-site

Professionals with expertise in areas such as grant writing, monitoring and evaluation, communications, and program design. Remote opportunities are available.

COMMUNICATIONS & MEDIA VOLUNTEER (ON -SITE JOB)

Create content for social media, photography, short videos Help document success stories and field updates Ideal for youth with basic IT or mobile skills

ADMIN & LOGISTICS VOLUNTEER ( ON-SITE JOB)

Location:Kabul Duration: Minimum 3 months Note: Volunteer positions are unpaid but may lead to future opportunities or recommendation letters.
