Mr. Hanif holds a Bachelor’s in Economics from the University of Pune and brings over 15 years of experience in finance and accounting. Since 2017, he has led APWDO’s financial operations, ensuring donor compliance, financial reporting, and internal accountability across major projects funded by UNICEF, WFP, FCDO, and OCHA. He is known for his precision, integrity, and deep knowledge of Afghan financial regulations.
