Mr. Afghan holds a Master’s in Environmental Engineering from NIT Kurukshetra, India. With deep expertise in pollution control, environmental monitoring, and sustainable development, he plays a key role in advancing APWDO’s environmental initiatives. His work with NEPA Kabul and skills in GIS and impact assessments support eco-conscious programming across sectors.
