Mr. Safi holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Khurasan University and brings over 7 years of experience in operations, logistics, procurement, and compliance. Since joining APWDO in 2017, he has played a key role in managing donor-funded projects from UNICEF, FCDO, WFP, and OCHA. As Head of Operations, he leads logistical coordination, risk management, and internal systems strengthening, ensuring effective service delivery across APWDO’s programs.
