Mr. Himat holds degrees in Islamic Studies and Law, with over 15 years of experience in conflict resolution and peacebuilding. As APWDO’s part-time Peacebuilding Officer, he provides technical guidance and community support for peace and social cohesion programs, focusing on inclusive dialogue and empowerment of marginalized groups. He has worked with UKAID/CSSF and other national and international organizations on impactful peace initiatives across Afghanistan
